The idea was to build a wizard using the newly revamped Arch-mage enhancement tree. Not only that, this build aims to focus 100% on force damage and spells that scale off force damage.Dragon Lord is a variant Fighter archetype that models their tactics after the ferocity of dragons to demoralize and subdue their enemies. TL;DW Easy...Ranger gets a decent amount of skill points per lvl, so it will allow you to maintain those skills as you lvl so you can disable traps (and pick locks). That will make your play experience less painful as traps are a big part of DDO. Another build you could try is 18 Paladin / 2 Rogue.

This strike is woven into the build as it is AoE, applies a debuff, deals force damage, and most importantly: procs the paranoia/dark imbuement ability. Paranoia really pushes your damage even higher because of the investment into Sneak Damage which this build goes into (bettered further with gear, lives etc).

If this is a first life character, consider starting with an 18 dex so you can afford everything at level 1 still. If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game.
