Gmc intellilink bluetooth not working

The main problem is that I'm only averaging perhaps a 30% success rate in having Pandora actually work. Assuming that I can see a Bluetooth connection has been established (by the indicators on screen), the next trick is opening Pandora. Sometimes the icon is not active, other times it is but won't connect.
